Headspace has been really helpful with my anxiety. The person I have, Trudy, is lovely and has been helping me find new tactics to deal with my anxiety and feel better about myself overall. I've only had phone appointments due to the pandemic but I have my first face to face on the 12th so I'm looking forward to that! :)

I have been attending headspace since the pandemic first started. I am not one to enjoy phone calls but rather face to face. Luckily I could meet my councillor and begin to form a relationship with her and the other staff members. I love the way the centre is both professional but you can still form personal connections with the girls at the front desk. Makes my appointments more fun to be able to catch up and see everyone proud of me as I have come from a hard background and had to move out of home at 16. Headspace has completely supported me throughout this time as an independent minor and have watched me get through the struggles of year 12. I have recently joined the Youth Reference Group and enjoy creating a more safe and welcoming environment for young people. I know it can be hard to reach out and if my input into the YRG can help more people get past that jump than I consider it a job well done.

Since attending headspace i have joined the Youth Reference Group(2019-present) to then be a representative for the centre on their annual consortium board to raise any concerns the youth reference group have about the centre or a proposed idea about an event that may be coming up that we are holding with other services in the Bunbury Area. Not only have i met like mined youth i have also had some great guidance from the staff members at headspace and i feel that i can bring any concerns to the centre staff and manger and it promptly dealt with in a constructive and professional manner. The staff at headspace Bunbury are very thoughtful in keeping the young person at the forefront of everything they do and every decision that is made about the young person and the journey they are on during the time they are engaged in the service. The Team at headspace Bunbury have been very helpful during my engagement in many ways i'm very pleased to say that the centre is moving forward in a positive direction with its approach to community needs.

They lost the drs referral twice. Clearly paperwork and records are not a priority. This does not help people's well-being.
